Bike Friendly Oak Cliff 
I loved the mural project! My family owned a bike shop in Orlando but I’m here in Tampa, in the historic district. As a ‘frustrated artist’, I’d like to get ona mural project started on one of our UGLY underpasses. Just wondered what kind of zoning & city ordinances & permitting issues I’d encounter trying to do THAT!
