This proposed street design approach places emphasis on establishing a design that incorporates the Dallas Streetcar, and balances vehicle movement while integrating amenities that accommodate pedestrians, cyclists, and public transit users. The proposed amendment includes reducing travel lanes on Zang from six to four and adding bicycle facilities on both Beckley and Zang.
