Ride with Bike Friendly Oak Cliff in the third-annual Oak Cliff Mardi Gras Parade. 105 people have RSVP’d on Facebook here, and more are welcome to pedal on up the day of. It’s a family friendly ride, so everyone’s invited. We’ll start at 4 p.m. at Windomere and head down Davis for THE SLOWEST 1.7 mile ride of your life. Everyone should meet behind The Kessler at 3 and we’ll ride as a group to our placement in the parade. This cycling “stroll” wraps at the Bishop Arts crawfish boil block party that lasts until 7.
Like always, we encourage everyone to wear or decorate your bike in shades of orange. Or, just get your gaudy on. Or, just sport anything with the BFOC logo.
Bring beads and candy to toss out on parade day!
