Bicycle Brewery Tour, the Winter Edition 2015| The Aftermath

There have been special days since the birth of Bike Friendly Oak Cliff that have put our little bicycle advocacy organization on the map.  The very first Lee Harvey ride, and the first Tweed ride certainly come to mind, and set in local lore what BFOC is all about.  Saturday’s 4th edition of the Bicycle Brewery Tour was one of those moments when a perfect Winter day of 72 degrees and sunny made for an epic day of craft beer tasting and bicycle riding.  If you missed this one, kick yourself right now! I can only type so many words before you just need to see the pictures below.

Thank you so much to the brewery’s who endured our 400 plus group throughout the day, Peticolas Brewing, Noble Rey Brewing, Texas Ale Project, Braindead Brewing, and Small Brew in that order.  We started at the Continental bridge with easily 300 plus, picked up another 100 or so, and carried through to the end over 75 people, a record for the tour!
If you missed out on the official tour tee, you’re in luck as a second run will be made.  They’re Gildan Softstyle and come in Men’s or Women’s sizes, from Small to XXL.  $20 plus $5 shipping.  Order one today!
